Business Analyst

Modivcare is looking for a Business Analsyt I to join our team! In this role, you are a primary liaison between the Data Management technology organization, Modivcare client management, and Modivcare's external clients. You oversee communication and consolidation of both inbound requests and requirements and outbound data and technology communication and understanding. You will work with Modivcare clients, facilitating their use and understanding of Data Management deliverables and interpreting and documenting client requests into logical, requirements. You will report to the Business Analysis team.

You will...

• Build relationships with client management and client resources.
• Become a trusted expert in Data Management concepts and Modivcare data flow.
• Provide communication of Data Management deliverables, their meaning, and potential associated actions to client management and client partners.
• Use analytical skills and product knowledge to understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Drive analytical progress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with frequently changing priorities.

• 0-2 years' experience as a business analyst or related analysis role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with a BI dashboard tool like Tableau, Qlik.

Salary: $74,213 - $98,951 / Annually
