Business Analyst

Our CoverMyMeds team is growing rapidly and we are in search of a Business Analyst to support the execution of projects and help us to build an industry-leading implementation team in our Specialty space. This position works with stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate requirements so that business and/or technical delivery teams can execute effective solutions. This requires a detailed understanding of internal customer needs, as well as business vision and strategy. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills in order to effectively collaborate with business users, project teams and technology teams.

What You Will Do:

• Is embedded in Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Data Analytics, serving as an extension of these teams and back to the Implementation team
• Is a subject matter expert in our clients configurations and translates previous lessons learned into efficiencies for future projects
• Is a subject matter expert in the AMP product and is first line in supporting programs through technical and functional questions and issues as relates to their implementation
• Supports IM's through BRD, workflow and requirements facilitation and documentation
• Supports Product in solutioning custom client needs
• Analyze client's business needs to identify optimal configurations
• Supports QA team in test case creation based on the Client's implementation
• Client demos or training as needed
• Support role definition and framework, suggesting areas for process and productivity improvements within the team

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of either specific Business Analyst or AMP experience
• Experience with requirements gathering and working alongside technical resources
• Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
• Ability to work independently and remain flexible and organized throughout projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• The ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Experience in healthcare a plus
