JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Provide reports and analysis on pricing, particularly with respect to the effect of pricing changes on sales volume and revenue.
- Conduct regional and customer-specific analysis; Price/Volume/Mix, Discounting and Realization analytics, Sales/Order trends for variability, and ad hoc analyses as needed by management.
- Gathers required data for business needs and assists pricing managers or leads with key account analysis and pricing measurements.
- Evaluate market and competitive data to optimally align pricing strategies within the market space.
- Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends.
- Implement logic into analytics; Support management decision making through analysis and process improvement.
- Strong skillset with all kinds of basic pricing analysis and can conduct accurate and independent analysis in a timely matter.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Demonstrated success in the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success partnering with GTM Teams and other cross functional departments.
- Prior experience building pricing models or analyzing promotional programs is beneficial.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to details
- Strong business acumen, strong reporting, and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
- Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Salesforce.com or other CPQ tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: vlookups, pivot tables, sum ifs, etc.
- Microsoft BI or other data visualization tool (Tableau, etc.)
