Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will be working closing with the Business to understand “What is the Problem that needs to be solved?” The Business Analyst is responsible for working with the stakeholders to elicit and document functional and technical requirements, create use cases, collaborate with the development team to deliver technology solutions that meet the business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Create & Manage the Business Requirement Document (BRD)
2. Create & Manage the Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
3. Work with Development team to create an Impact Analysis on new features
4. Create data workflows & process workflows
5. Create a training document for each project using the company ppt
6. Work closely with the Project Manager to schedule kick-off meetings and stand-ups
7. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project functional requirements & document
8. Work closely with the Design team and capture the mock-ups and post on the confluence page of each project
9. Work closely with the Development team to ensure that the requirements are clear
10. Attend Developer Tech Review meetings to ensure the project approach meets the Architecture standards
11. Obtain sign-off / Approval on use cases & user stories from the Product Manager & Stakeholders
12. Perform User Acceptance Testing on assigned project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in IT, Computer Information Science, Computer Information Studies
• 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience interacting with business customers and managing expectations
• Experience in Agile projects
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive, well organized, and results-oriented
• Be able to manage multiple projects and work within a cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience with Confluence & JIRA & Azure Dev Ops

• Power BI Data & Analytics
• RPA
• Low Code / No Code Solutions
