Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an Business Analyst you will help IBM Clients solve some of their most challenging business problems capitalize market opportunities and understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Learning and adopting analytical skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment.
• Translating client’s business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
• Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives scope and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ideal person has to Analyze and understanding the market research reports Customer surveys and financial statements to know key business problems and adopt data driven solutions for organizational productivity
• Assess requirements Skilled communicator and proven relationship builder able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied stakeholders.
• Connecting with various team of the project for the measure of Productivity and coordinating with the team member and Leadership team
• Experience in Travel Industry and Recruitment background is preferred. Should be aware of latest technologies.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
• Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager Expertise in Business Analysis Travel Domain Expertise Preparing Dash boards Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation skills Forecasting and Planning.
