BUSINESS ANALYST

Experienced Business Analyst is responsible for the inception, creation, and maintenance of all Business Requirements documentation that accurately defines the customer business need and enables the technology team to create a quality solution.Skills Required: • Must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience as a business analyst in mature Information Technology organizations. • 3-5 years’ experience in the broadcast media industry. • Experience working with network television pricing & planning or traffic operations • Strong experience with UML artifacts (writing / creating Use Cases and Activity Diagrams). • Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Business and Technology Partners. • Create Business Process Maps to document current and future state processes. • Create written and graphic documentation to capture Business and Functional Requirements, including Unified Modeling Language (UML) artifacts such as Use Cases and Activity Diagrams where necessary. • Maintain Functional Requirements throughout entire project lifecycle. • Create and maintain strong relationship with Business Partners. • Work closely with Project Manager to manage any required changes in scope. • Effectively communicate requirements with Technology team (Architecture, Development, QA, etc.). • Ability to gather and document business requirements, follow standard practices for Requirements Gathering Process, and committed to ensure that systems delivered are of high quality and meet all customer requirements. • Experienced in Business Process Mapping using Visio or similar tool. • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Excellent analysis and communication skills.
