CVPartners is working with a client whose a start-up SaaS client of ours that is seeking a high-level Business Analyst to assist in a number of upcoming HR related projects. The most critical project is a migration from their current ATS Greenhouse to iCIMS. The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Prior experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS would be huge preference)
• Proven Business Analyst who has a track record of working closely with stakeholders
• Able to be self-sufficient and have the ability to keep everything on track
• Exposure to UltiPro (nice-to-have)
