Overview: 

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented BizOps Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact analyses across multiple departments. The BizOps Analyst will work closely with the BizOps Manager and senior leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.


The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to grow into a trusted advisor within the organization. They are resourceful and adaptive, taking ownership of solving ambiguous challenges, handling routine business activities, and managing ad hoc projects that contribute meaningfully to key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure complex and ambiguous business issues across the organization; package and present findings and recommendations to impacted stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to save time, reduce costs, or improve the experience for internal teams or customers.
  • Own ad hoc analyses and requests from Passport’s Management and Leadership teams to aid in decision-making.
  • Support the definition of key business metrics and provide guidance to functional leads on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
  • Assist with routine business reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies where possible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years in an analytical role or a role focused on driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor across teams.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in SQL and/or data visualization tools and dashboard building (Tableau a plus!).
  • Basic financial modeling skills.
