Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support our clients growing finance systems team through a key ERP rollout and stabilization phase. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, not just sitting on the technical side.

You’ll play a hands-on role supporting a finance platform (ERP), helping troubleshoot issues, document processes, and ensure a smooth go-live and post-launch experience. This role is offered as a 6-month contract-to-permanent.

What You’ll Do:
Act as a go-to support resource for finance system issues and user requests
Investigate bugs, identify workarounds, and document solutions clearly
Partner with finance and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes
Support system administration and ongoing maintenance of financial tools
Assist with testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management activities
Help ensure new processes are stable, scalable, and well-documented
Contribute to business cases and future system enhancements

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience supporting financial systems or ERP platforms (any system is fine)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working through ambiguity
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and follow-through
Understanding of finance processes and internal controls is an asset
Experience with system administration or support is a plus

Nice to Have:
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Experience with testing, process mapping, or change management
