Business Analyst - Financial Technology Solutions and Payments

Euronet seeks to employ a Business and Technical Solution Analyst who will join the Business Analysis and Design Europe Team. The successful candidate will be based in Belgrade and will be involved in EFT Payments related projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, verify and document Business requirements from Clients (internal and external), as well as running and documenting gap analysis sessions when needed
• Compile the technical analysis and solution design of each project, with the goal to satisfy the business requirements
• Work very closely with all project stakeholders assuring technical and operational feasibility of proposed solutions
• Document Scope of Work in English, with precision and structure
• Manage any Scope change raised by the Clients
• Keeps close relationship with Clients, and EFT industry vendors
• Remains up to date on EN Products and solutions, as well as Payments trends, and Schemes/Vendors products

• University degree in Computer Science or related technical academic field
• 2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment within the financial technology solutions and payments and/or banking sector
• Proven experience in and thorough knowledge of payments industry solutions and services
• Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional language is a plus
