Business Analyst - Game Subscription Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Analyst - Game Subscription for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team. This role involves analyzing and optimizing our game subscription services to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Qualifications: • Years of Experience Required:5 - 7 years of experience in the field. • Degrees or Certifications Required:Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field. • 3 - 5 years of experience in advanced Excel modeling and data analysis, with some work in Power BI. Experience working in a virtual environment is essential. • 5 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or finance analysis, with extensive experience in storytelling and insights. • 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Excel, advanced modeling, and significant experience with data modeling and forecasting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, virtually, and within a matrixed team. • Experience with subscriptions and/or gaming is preferred, though not required. • Familiarity with the gaming industry, including business models and popular titles.
