Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a Software Developer you’ll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle such as design code implementation testing and support. You will create software that enables your clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Contract/license management experience.
Work experience in adopting and following Agile Scrum project management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis documentation and presentations.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for efficient project tracking and collaboration.
Ability to prepare detailed meeting minutes (MOM) to capture important discussions decisions and action items.
Familiarity with IT and software applications along with a keen understanding of functional and integration testing methodologies.

Nice to have would be managing licenses for the Salesforce platform in a multi-instance/BU organization.
