In this role, you have the opportunity to
maintain and manage Customer Service Systems and Process Solutions for Philips Healthcare Customer Services business. Additional emphasis is also upon the integration of business processes as they relate to the financial flows of the organization. This includes providing guidance to teams on best practices and approaches to design and implement effective and standardized business and IT solution processes. To be knowledgeable with the Service business processes, Service business IT solutions as well as financial processes and theories. To participate on teams to help support and guide the teams to define business processes and IT process solutions.
Responsibilities:
This job requires participation in providing project coordination, consulting, analysis and recommendations based on data driven analytics and involves working with Philips internal business process owners, business SME's (i.e. subject matter experts) and IT teams to conduct analysis of the IT tools, planning, design and participation in implementation and testing of the defined solutions. This position requires minimal active supervision and participates in team strategizing, and vision execution/ implementation, collaborates with other team members/BAs in supporting shared/common requirements on projects.
- Apply broad subject matter expertise in participating in project activities.
- Work and partner with business leaders and their teams in various areas of Philips Healthcare to support analysis of business transactions
- Help the customer manage their business and to strategically make sound decisions based on solid analysis of data, process and IT improvements. Provide insight regarding interpretation of proposed solutions, in the business and the tools (explain the 'what' and 'why' of resolution in business and tools).
- Collaborate with other BAs in team for improved project execution processes.
- Partner with customers and IT for IT Resolution Recommend improvements to business processes and work with BPE and partners to implement and test change
- Explain process change effect on the financial statements and communicate risks or benefits.
- Provide subject matter expertise as necessary to end users as well as development staff.
- Perform and document data and process analysis, data validation, data and process mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources and IT tools.
- Support others with process and questions, in the team roles.
- Facilitate improvement of process for role.
- Be the escalation/support & troubleshooting point for issues within the team.
- Complete projects as assigned by manager or Team on time and assist with other functional areas as needed.
- Act as subject matter expert for other teams or individuals in business.
- Respond to and help resolve any issues.
- Validate and scope new requests assisting the requestor with business justification and needed resources.
- Provide communication of status and updates to all levels required on projects on time. Escalate issues as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Experience performing a business analyst role, preferably within the Service organization as well as within the Finance organization.
- Experience in creation of functional spec's and project documentation and working with IT to translate functional requirements into requirements.
- Has strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience in problem-solving/ conflict resolution, critical thinking and priority-setting.
- Strong experience with SAP and broad fundamental knowledge of Sales, Service, Material Management and Financial modules.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sales Force, Tableau, Power Point, Project, Access and Visio
- Experience in working on several teams and various groups simultaneously.
- Experience in being innovative and having strong analytic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong time management skills.
