Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for building, implementing, and supporting business solutions used across Applied Global Services. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of project work (design, implementation, testing, and deployment) and will have in depth experience across core MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Also having familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI and ability to engage and interact with data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial focus will be supporting the re-institution of Applied Project Management Center of Excellence (COE). Assesses existing standards and processes, perform gap analysis, evaluate best practices (including tools) and develop roadmap and lead implementation
• Collaborate in design, develop and deploying interactive data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Lead the creation of effective dashboards, reports, and applications utilizing best practices
• Communicate solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operationalize systems
• Create Training Materials and administer end-user training
• Support key projects through Due Diligence phases (Feasibility / Detailed Design) which could include stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, trade-off analysis, and developing recommendations
