Job Overview:
The BA/PM on the Rates and Forms Team will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of insurance rates and forms for new and existing products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, define project scope, and manage project timeline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for rates and forms projects
- Collaborate with Product Management and Actuarial teams to ensure accurate pricing and underwriting guidelines
- Partner with IT and Operations teams to design and implement rates and forms changes
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to project specifications
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and issue logs
- Coordinate testing and implementation of rates and forms changes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to rates and forms

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Strong understanding of insurance or warranty rates and forms preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- SQL Proficiency preferred
- Highly skilled Microsoft Office including Visio, Excel, Word, and Power Protect
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
