The Dematic Business Analyst will join a global, transformative project team dedicated to accelerating the evolution of core business processes related to the management and execution of our projects. This is a position with high visibility to senior leadership and directly impacts strategic decision making for the organization. The position will require strong critical thinking to evaluate business processes, anticipate and manage requirements, collaborate to determine root cause of areas for opportunity, and ultimately implement sustainable solutions. To succeed in this role, one should hold a natural analytical way of thinking, have the ability to translate complex or technical concepts to everyday business users, and operate with strong attention to detail.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Support the Accelerated Transformation (AT) Project
  • Coordinate and lead ongoing reviews of business processes
  • Collaborate to develop ways to optimize existing processes
  • Collate various data points and project artifacts in support of key meetings and presentations to various stakeholders
  • Gather and synthesize business requirements and develop optimization strategies
  • Ensure solutions match documented business requirements
  • Support the prioritization of initiatives based on business needs and requirements, along with documented milestones
  • Effectively communicate insights and go-forward plans to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Support with the management of resource allocation, maintaining cost efficiency
  • Support the transformation teams Project Manager with developing project plans, monitoring status and performance, and tracking milestone attainment
  • Provide forecast models, track KPIs, create and manage dashboards

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3years experience in business analysis or a related field, project consulting preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional, multi-level teams to reach acceptable and sustainable solutions.
  • Experience managing various data sets, dashboards and creating data stories
  • Ability to document complex information and translate to business requirements
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving effective presentations
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, or other leading project tracking software and tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI
  • Expertise using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Work history of leading and supporting successful projects
