Business Analyst I

We're looking to add a motivated Business Analyst I to our Finance team. 

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain data cleanliness, accuracy, and integrity from various data sources to translate analytic data into business recommendations. 

· Analyze large pools of complex data to discover trends, patterns, correlations that will assist managers in making better business decisions. 

· Support Sales, Renewals and Finance organizations to provide analytical reporting and data inputs. 

· Present findings and recommendations to enable proactive business decisions and/or react quickly to changes in the business environment. 

· Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation. 

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, mathematics, economics, computer science or a related field and three years of relevant professional experience preferred

· Organized and detail oriented with the ability to see how details fit the larger picture. 

· Basic understanding of and experience with relational databases. 

· Good written and oral communication skills. 

· Good problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities. 

· Strong time-management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. 

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access. 

· Experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred, specifically, NetSuite and Salesforce. 

· Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (preferred)

Additional Requirements and Details:

· Travel required to office up to 10% of the time.

· Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.

· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
