The Monitoring Oversight and Analytics team provides support to GSG by managing risk and controls & ensuring compliance with globallegal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting, Analytics & Capabilities Center of Excellence builds capabilities as well as subject matter expertise on all reporting requirements for GSG - Regulatory Business Assurance Program. The hired analyst will be responsible for leading matrix group that involves multiple sub-teams for supporting strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Support creation and expansion of regulatory business self-testing program by providing samples for multiple markets using statistical sampling techniques for the various GSG line of businesses.
- Drive and Deliver Regulatory/Governance reports for Testing and Compliance teams using big data platforms (Cornerstone), Yellow bricks, SAS, SQL, Python and Tableau
- Analyze and create visualizations using Tableau, Excel, Python charts etc.
- Liaise between Testing and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met across all functions and markets
- Act as a SME on data front for all audit and regulatory requirements in Governance organization
- Work to improve current processes via automation opportunities to create efficiencies in the current BAUs.
- Analyze testing/monitoring results across World Service Processes to draw inferences, identify gaps, establish trends, and create meaningful reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to articulate business problems and with the help of seniors can implement solutions
- Provide Analytical & Decision Support across the Global regulatory and policy assurance organization through advanced Statistical techniques and Data mining (from sourcing to staging data and building analytics to implementation)
- Participate along with global teams evaluating processes and making suggestions for process and system improvements through knowledge and information sharing sessions with peers across the organization.

Experience:
- 4-9 Years of Experience in Business Intelligence Reporting
- Strong technical knowledge on SAS, sql, Hive Python, Excel, Dashboarding, Basic Tableau, Bigdata, VBA
- Familiarity with Magellan is desirable
Academic Background:
- Masters/Graduate degree from a reputed college.
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Change Management skills.
- Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Multitasking, and Thought-leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Platforms:
- Big data knowledge, Hive platform, Tableau server knowledge required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
