Job Description
You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Content Services team, contributing to the array of mission critical content related applications and projects at BOKF. You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the organization and partner closely with the line of business. It's an exciting time to be a part of BOKF as we deliver on a transformative technology roadmap. Much of our success depends on the expertise of our Business Analysts, without whom we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management IS or Computer Science and 3-5 years of directly related experience in Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will employ your all-star communication skills: listening, asking questions to seek understanding, delivering information with professionalism and compassion to be an impactful member of teams
- You will use your exceptional analysis and problem solving skills to support critical applications
- You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions for complex projects
- You will utilize your vast knowledge of troubleshooting to assist with incident resolution
- You will leverage your attention to detail to write functional business requirements, implementation plans, and procedures
- You will take part in testing, implementation, deployments, and assist in Disaster Recovery efforts
