Position Specific Description

This is a 12 month project bound opportunity within the Revenue Management team at our Miami Gardens location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
• Creates and maintains documentation that includes the design, requirements, and process documentation
• Create and coordinate detailed test plans and test cases that may be executed by others.
• Basic understanding of Software Testing methodologies and practices
• Analyzes and communicates test results
• Tracks and records defects using JIRA/QMETRY. Follows up on defect to successful completion
• Must be detail oriented, reliable and be able to work both in a team environment and alone with minimal direction and supervision.
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Acts as a resource to newer employees
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 1+ years
