Business Analyst, Insights Innovation

About the Role:

The Business Analyst, Insights Innovation is responsible for building data and analytic-driven solutions to support healthcare & social care customers. You will apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with data science, product management, customer success, and sales teams. 

What You’ll Do:

• Leverage SQL to collaborate with Customer Success and Product Management to develop data-driven analyses and custom reports to support customer engagements
• Build tableau dashboard visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate analyses to customers
• Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage Insights Center capabilities
• Execute and deliver high-quality engagement tasks, both independently and in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Build prototype dashboards to leverage new data and product requirements
• Research new value-added data sources to enhance Unite Us’ consumer database and work with other verticals on the Data team to support build-out of robust data models which will support visualization and predictive modeling

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting
• The ability to use a wide variety of data assets to solve complex problems
• Familiarity and some experience with analyzing large data sets
• Excellent data visualization skills (Tableau)
• Experience developing and presenting analyses and reports effectively
• Familiarity with modern programming languages (SQL, R, Python) a must
• The ability to handle multiple projects at once, with superior attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, or a related field is strongly preferred

Environmental Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• Our target range for this position is $65,000 -75,000
  ***This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
