Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion to grow and ability to learn
• Project management skills
• Knowledge and interest in IT

What'll Make You Stand Out

• Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
• Familiar with ServiceNow or experience working in a helpdesk or technology support position
• Understanding of Databases and Data structures
• Ability to analyze data and make connections
• Comfortable communicating with business partners and leaders

What You'll Do - Job Summary

As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll work closely with team members from across the company to identify technology solutions for teams while building your own technical and communication skills. You'll also have full freedom to work on process improvement projects with the goal of improving day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for business units and technology teams
• Work with a variety of team members to help deliver quality technology solutions to existing problems
• Handle aggressive deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining system integrity
• Map out processes and help create project timelines
