That's where you come in. As a member of the SpotOn IT Program Management team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the projects and programs managed by the Program Management team have the right process documentation and systems to meet the business's needs and our internal customers. In addition, you will be focused on supporting the program management function within the IT org. You are someone with exceptional experience working at the intersection of people and technology to make processes as seamless as possible for work needed to scale the systems that power our business.
Responsibilities

• Liaising between the IT Program Management team and business stakeholders
• Analyze and document business systems, processes, and identify areas for improvement
• Guide business stakeholders through value analysis for prioritization.
• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational processes and challenges
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop business requirements for business systems
• Act as a thought leader within the IT Program Management team on technical business process and documentation

• 5+ years of experience leading qualitative and quantitative analyst functions in a technology or IT environment
• Proven ability to build process documentation that improve business performance and operational efficiency
• Experience leading and supporting organizational change and transformation for large-scale projects, particularly in the IT space.
• Experience in the Agile methodologies and execution of story mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
