As IT Business Systems Analyst for a Business Technology Management (BTM) team in a large multi-national corporation, you will use your analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in helping design, implement and support technology with fresh ideas. The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused and leader mindset with a wide range of technical and business process knowledge in the services and solutions space, specifically project management and resource management capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements for new functionality, automation, and fulfilling requirements based off industry best practices
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's policies, goals and objectives
  • Actively participate in a business and IT support role in a dynamic, fast-paced, global business Systems implementation
  • Create, utilize and maintain standard documents, templates and written communications that can be understood by both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proactively prepare for project demands, including reports, updates, and ad hoc processes.
  • Capture and report project status, issues and risks to project manager
  • Maintain regular communications with business stakeholders related to technical activities
  • Identify other key system or business interdependencies
  • Ensure legal/regulatory/security compliance processes are adhered to and provide support for any audit requirements
  • Work and manage processes across multiple vendors and managed service providers
  • Drive compliance and tool governance across the ITSM management processes (incident, request, change, release, event, knowledge, asset/configuration, self-service, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field or certification or equivalent experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Experience on integrating Salesforce with 3rd party products, ideally using Mulesoft. Financial Force PSA experience is a plus
  • Experience on ERP applications (SAP, IFS, Oracle)
