Description:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Analyzes process and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
- Works with business and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements. Translates business requirements alongside development team(s). (required)
- Identifies and develops "as-is" and "to-be" business processes. Reengineers business processes and identifies opportunities for process optimization and streamlining. (required)
- Supports requirements management processes, including requirements tracking across various cross-functional teams.
- Provides support to application/system development teams
- Supports review and development of SDLC/SELC documentation (i.e., Alternative of Analysis (AoA), Business Case, etc.)
- Creates presentations and presents for all levels of stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years. Certified Scrum Master certification
Technologies/Tools Experience:
- Atlassian JIRA (required)
- ServiceNow ITBM (desired)
- Testing experience (desired)
