The Office of the Chief Investment Officer, led by co-CIO Harry Schwefel, supports the continued development of our long/short discretionary investment professionals, portfolio construction, and liquidity groups, and continues to advance the tools and resources available to our teams.

What you’ll do

As a Business Analyst you will report to the U.S. L/S Equity Team Operations Executive and support the delivery of a COO service to each investment team. This will involve a number of responsibilities including: regular meetings with investment teams to identify operational needs, discuss process improvements, share best practices, educate on firm resources and applicable policies, and identify pain points; project managing initiatives to optimize processes for investment teams; and working with business partners across Point72 to ensure our investment professionals   receive high levels of service.

Specifically, you will:

• Prepare dashboards, materials, and content in advance of meetings with investment professionals
• Manage delivery of operational services to our investment teams throughout the year
• Build and maintain systems (metrics, reporting) to track issues, reveal patterns of need, and hold the firm functions accountable
• Manage onboarding process for investment professionals
• Partner closely with Compliance on all aspects of the role

The annual base salary range is $125,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
