Business Analyst Manager -- Oracle EBS

Position Summary
We're looking for a talented Business Analyst Manager who'll support the Operations Department on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other systems, as well as lead proactive initiatives of investigating, documenting, and understanding the functionality of new and existing Oracle EBS components. You'll also lead and develop a small team of Business Analysts.
This is a permanent full-time position at our corporate headquarters, located at Highways 169 and 55 in Plymouth.
What You'll Be Doing • Manage a small team of Business Analysts• Collaborate with the business/department heads to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs• Work with the team to provide daily support for the Oracle EBS production environment• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality deliverable in collaboration with SMEs• Research, design, configure, test, document, and manage the implementation of system changes• Manage the impact of transaction and process changes, as well as their effects across all business segments and locations• Develop validation test plans, end-user documentation, and training materials for customizations, upgrades, and patches; develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field users• Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation support across Banner Engineering locations; interface with all major business groups to implement order flows, processing rules, and business models• Recommend process and system improvements to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives by leveraging best practices and professional experiences• Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands• Investigate new modules, patches, and upgrades as they become available from Oracle; consult with management, other Business Analysts, and the steering committee to implement changes• Promote and enforce consistency in system usage across all Banner locations

Required• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field• Experience managing individuals• 6+ years of experience gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications• 6+ years of experience creating ad-hoc queries, using query tools in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL• 6+ years of experience Oracle EBS• 5+ years of experience training others on the use of Oracle EBS
Preferred• Experience using Oracle Support for service requests• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS tables• Experience in some of these modules: Inventory, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Warehouse Management (WMS), Work in Process (WIP), Material Planner, Quality, Purchasing, Bill of Material (BOM), Order Management (OM) or Cost Management

Manage a team of three Business Analysts.
