Business Analyst (Marketplace team)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Marketplace team.Role Overview:You will be responsible for transforming application designs into functional apps on the Creatio Platform.Primarily working within Agile scrum teams you will develop complex business processes and user interfaces using the Creatio platform’s no-code technology.Your involvement will span all phases of the application development lifecycle from design and development to deployment and post-production support.You will also serve as an advocate within the broader Creatio Marketplace ecosystem sharing best practices and insights.Minimum Qualifications:Demonstrated success in delivering applications or technical consulting and solution implementation within a major software domain (such as CRM no-code platforms ERP or CMS).Ability to analyze design and optimize business processes through technology and integration.A proactive self-starter who quickly learns new skills and technologies and is enthusiastic about exploring new areas.Technical Skills:Proficiency with APIs.Experience in data modeling.Familiarity with process modeling tools and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the Creatio Platform.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.Coding experience is a plus.
