Our Withum Digital Consulting team is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant with experience in consulting and a proven history of successful delivery of solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 for mid-market and enterprise clients to be based out of any of our US office locations. This individual should be well versed in the native features and capabilities of Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams to design, plan and implement Modern Workplace solutions. This individual will be comfortable participating as a team member to deliver results on small, medium and large-scale complex projects.Â

How You’ll Spend Your Time:Â
- Conveying the value of the Microsoft 365 platform including teamwork (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Content Services) by understanding business needs and translating those requirements into capabilities of the Microsoft 365 platform
- Participating in migrations and modernizations from non-Microsoft platform on-premises or cloud to Microsoft 365
- Understanding business goals and drivers and translating those into an appropriate technical solutions
- Generating technical and functional requirements through structured meetings and workshops
- Collaborating as part of larger delivery teams which may include engagement managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and change management professionals
- Sharing best practices with internal team members and clients
- Demonstrating ability to work on and potentially lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Managing client expectations throughout a project

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Sciences, or similar field
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience and proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved design
- Practical Knowledge of Microsoft 365 as a user and/or consultant
- Experience designing and implementing forms and workflows solutions using low code/no code platform like PowerApps/PowerAutomate
- Possess SharePoint product knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Online features; Understanding of Microsoft Content Services, understand the value of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Understanding of Knowledge Management and Employee Experience concepts
- Ability and desire to stay current of new technologies and solutions
- A minimum of 1 year experience with implementing SharePoint, OneDrive or Microsoft Teams and leveraging PowerApps and PowerAutomate
- Experience working in large consulting firm highly desired
- Knowledge or understanding of Microsoft Viva Employee Experience platform
- Experience with agile, scrum or iterative implementation

Recommended Knowledge and Experience:Â
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, Stream, Yammer (Viva Engage), SharePoint as a Document Management, Content Services, Search
- Power Platform knowledge is a plus
- Experience using 3rd party content migration tools like Sharegate
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or information systems related field)
- Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform certifications a plus
- Training in technology consulting processes and methodology a plus
