Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Reporting to our Director of Enterprise Business Systems, as our new Business Analyst, you will play a key role on the team. For our new Salesforce rollout and future business systems implementations, you will expand on key initiatives on maximizing our levels of efficiency and progress. Additionally, with much of our work involving new system implementation, a level of administrative capabilities will be a key area of focus during our interview process.
What you'll do:

• Day to day ticket queue management as well as partnering on roadmap of upcoming initiatives
• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions, prioritizing across requirements, working with the developers on design, implementation and facilitating end-to-end execution is a key aspect of the role
• Document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
• Take on the responsibility as project managers as need to drive resolution on issues
• Dive into various systems within the Enterprise Business Systems ecosystem such as Salesforce, Billing systems, HR, IT and other systems

What We Look For in a Candidate:

• Ideal candidates are highly motivated, like to take initiative and will possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• 5+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
• Salesforce experience is highly preferable
• Demonstrated experience managing business and user requirements to enable implementation of changes effectively
• Considerable experience eliciting software requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and transforming them into functional specifications
• Experience facilitating analysis and design working sessions with business representatives
• Experience working on business systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, BI tools, Billing systems, JIRA or similar systems
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field
