Business Analyst - Multiple Openings

Our Software Business Analysts identify problems, capture requirements, and define solutions that solve the unique business needs of our customers while implementing our highly configurable software products. For over 40 years, we have been the leading provider of technology solutions and consulting services in the highly complex, regulated benefit administration software industry.

Our Software BA consultants work directly with our customers and internal teams on a daily basis to deliver our quality product and solutions. This position may be fully remote or hybrid remote/in-office. Some travel is required to our national customer base or to our corporate offices in Baltimore, MD or Maple Shade, NJ – travel estimated to be 10% or less.

Responsibilities:

• Directly interact with and positively influence parties involved in requirements gathering sessions and solution review meetings, with the ability to converse with direct end users, executive sponsors and IT resources
• Work with customers directly on the implementation, configuration, testing, trouble shooting and training of the basys software suite
• Translate business needs into clearly defined and detailed requirements, user stories, and user-focused solutions and design documents 
• Utilize multiple tools and resources to resolve customer application questions or issues in the areas of database, system configurations/setup, product functionality and business enhancements
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products, solutions, and capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ Software Implementation / Business Analyst experience, external client base preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative and aptitude to learn an ever-changing, complex technology environment
• Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
