The Team 

As the second member of the Chief of Staff team, you will support At-Bay’s CEO, Rotem Iram, and the broader executive team in driving forward the strategic agenda of the organization. As part of the team you will work across a broad range of topics and functions, and have the opportunity to learn every facet of the business.  

Role Overview

You will work directly with our Chief of Staff (Kate Rapisarda) and the broader leadership team on At-Bay’s highest priority strategic and operational challenges. In this role you will have unparalleled visibility into the most pressing topics for the executive team and an opportunity to work cross-functionally within the organization. This is an opportunity for an outcome focused individual to support complex projects end-to-end, lead analysis and engage across all aspects of At-Bay’s business – with an eye towards driving strong operational rigor as the company goes through rapid scaling. 

• Lead and / or support critical operational processes (e.g. Annual Planning, QBRs, etc.), including designing and launching new processes where applicable
• Partner with cross-functional teams across At-Bay on high priority initiatives of the CEO and executive team 
• Build hypotheses and analyze data to generate insights or recommendations for leadership and various teams across the business
• Develop executive presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders including investors, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Work as a key partner to the Chief of Staff and CEO in supporting all aspects of the business’s strategic and operational needs   

• 5+ years of work experience, with experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other analytical roles
• Project management skills and a proven track record of working successfully across cross-functional teams to deliver results 
• Ability to take on different contexts (strategic v. operational) and engage across all levels of stakeholders 
• Enthusiasm and experience working in dynamic, fast paced environments 
• Experience with Powerpoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets. Willingness to learn and / or experience with SQL, Tableau and Snowflake
