Business Analyst- Product

Job Summary The Product Analyst supports the Product Management team using analytics to inform data-driven decisions related to the company’s global gaming operations. Responsibilities • Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance • Have the passion and grit to become a gaming industry product performance expert • Cultivate communications with sales team to understand and overcome roadblocks • Use Excel to analyze data and summarize/present to stakeholders • Leverage SQL and PowerBI tools to identify product and market insights • Monitor, analyze, and report AGS test bank programs • Continually monitor current game performance and work with the Product Management team on insights to optimize revenues, product placements, and provide future development recommendations • Build footprint optimization tools to support sales with performance analysis and recommendations engine • Manage queue of BI/AI requests from commercial businesses • Support all commercial departments by efficiently completing daily ad-hoc tasks • Utilize all available resources to be an efficient and effective problem solver • Other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, data analytics, data science, quantitative methods, or business preferred, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel with advanced knowledge of Excel functions and abilities • Possesses Passion and Grit – Our business moves fast, we learn and move faster • Communication and Presentation – Must be able to effectively communicate and present material to various audiences • Problem Solver and Critical Thinker – Use resources and experiences to provide the right solutions • Customer Service – Knowledge of principals and processes for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Analytics - Able to analyze data sets in Excel and provide summarized results • Preference for gaming Industry knowledge or desire to learn about the gaming industry • Ability to travel approximately 15-20% Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check • Posted positions are not open to third party recruiters and unsolicited resume submissions will be considered free referrals.
