We are searching for a Business Analyst to join the team. The person in this role will manage the operational process changes and technology enhancements needed to support the Comprehensive Advanced Care Planning (CACP) service delivery team in meeting its goals by providing coordination between Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Quality Learning & Development. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements for process changes/enhancements projects from Service Delivery business owners and drafts Standard Operating Procedures that are coordinated with Aledade/ACS protocols 
  • Creates detailed project definition with input from cross-functional workgroup of Service Delivery leadership and staff, Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Quality Learning and Development
  • Develops and manages full implementation plan for the project, including sign-off from project leads, rollout timeframe, and coordination with other initiatives
  • Coordinates with Quality, Learning & Development to understand and schedule training for projects in accordance with Product releases
  • Participates in Data Governance and Data Integrity activities related to our proprietary workflow execution system
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to learn and understand the Service Delivery operations in the areas of outreach, facilitated CACP intervention, documentation review, documentation processing, and follow-up support and how these teams utilize our proprietary workflow execution system to perform their work
  • Extremely comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
  • Expertise in Project Management including documentation of process requirements and translation of ideas into requirements
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as sound decision making judgment
  • Ability to communicate clearly the requirements, timelines, blockers with internal stakeholders at varying organization levels
  • Comfortable leading staff through established change management processes to ensure business continuity and staff comfort level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3 years experience in technical industry, project management, and/or operations

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
