POSITION SUMMARY:
- The US Army Command-Electronics Command (CECOM) has a requirement to perform data
- collection from over 100 Software Engineering Center (SEC) software systems and 200 Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) hardware systems.
- Broadleaf contractors on this task will perform data collection services over the next 9 months so that it can accurately model the collected data in a way that is mathematically sound and justifiable to United States Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA). Ultimately, CECOM is seeking to modify the authorizations on the Table of Allowances and Distribution (TDA) by working with US Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA) to validate its manpower studies and requirements.
- Broadleaf will help CECOM accurately quantify the manpower requirements necessary to sustain SEC and ILSC systems. Broadleaf contractors on this task will aid in the Army's five-phased approach to studies.

- 3- Data Validation, Analysis and Cleansing
- 4 - Completed Data for Modeling and Documentation
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This position will be primarily responsible for SEC data collection and product owner interviews during the collection of data from (SEC) software systems and Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) hardware systems.
- Functional Experience within the Software Engineering Center is ideal for this candidate. Experience working manpower estimation projects for sustainment of software systems for CECOM SEC is also ideal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE:
- Seven (7)+ years of related experience providing software development documentation and analysis support
- Substantial experience driving requirement gather sessions, documentation and refining/ articulating requirements to stakeholders and system owners.
- Substantial understanding of CECOM SEC software systems and the CECOM SEC organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to meet tight project deadlines
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Partial Telework Available
