Business Analyst Solution Designer

BUSINESS ANALYST-SOLUTION DESIGNER

The Business Analyst-Solution Designer gathers and elicits business requirements from clients and stakeholders, documents and models the requirements, transforming them into solution specifications incorporating CLARIFIRE's product offerings and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of a client's business challenges and provide solutions that help
• achieve the business' goals
• Clearly define the scope and business requirements using prescribed formats including business process modelling
• Develop and facilitate Conceptual Reviews that formulate mutual understanding and consensus between clients, stakeholders, project managers and solution developers
• Collaborate with Architecture and other technical teams to come up with innovative and scalable functional design plans using CLARIFIRE Products
• Communicate solution design plans to internal and external sponsors using prescribed functional design formats
• Support internal and external teams during development, testing and implementation phases of provided designs
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of CLARIFIRE Products and Features including their benefits and limitations
• Continually seek opportunities to increase efficiencies through design and implementation of new methodologies and solutions

Qualifications

• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate client needs into business requirements
• Possess an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task in a highly entrepreneurial environment
• Effective presentation and communication skills with the talent to develop relationships that foster client ties

Requirements

• 4-year college degree, MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years' experience working for a software company, preferred
• Travel required, minimal
