JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this job is to serve as the Accounting Process Team Program Support, assisting the Program Manager with the oversight and management of the Accounting Process Team activities. In addition, this position will provide support for the Enterprise Foundations project, business continuity planning, information management functional support and departmental general administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Communications or related discipline is required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury or Technology is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative is required.
- Experience producing thorough and accurate meeting minutes at the appropriate level of detail for the audience is required.
- Demonstrated experience creating effective communications and presentations for management is required.
- Project management experience is desired.
- Experience aligning the use of business initiatives to improve business processes is a plus.
- Experience with business continuity plans and tabletop exercises is a plus.
- Experience creating and presenting training is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships across the organizations.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Effective oral and written communication skills are critical.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint) is required.
- Demonstrated strong organization and planning skills is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Proven ability to perform in a coordination/program support role is required.
- Familiarity with AFT financial application systems and processes is desired.
- SharePoint 365 administration knowledge is highly desired.
- A proven individual work ethic and team effectiveness.
- Basic understanding of general accounting principles and processes is important.
- Understanding of business continuity and associated tabletop processes and tools is a plus.
- Experience with Agility and Agile methodology is a plus.
- Must have high degree of initiative and personal responsibility "ownership" for assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a team, build superior relationships and collaborate across AFT and TO organizations.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload.

- Accounting Process Teams Program Support
- Support Accounting Process Team Meetings, including associated communication and documentation.
- Assist with Strategic Information Technology Plan (SITP) maintenance.
- Administer Process Team TeamSite and SharePoint Sites.
- Maintain accuracy of key documents.
- Successfully act as a liaison between Process Team members, Process Teams and other organizations to facilitate information sharing and best practices among cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate recurring Process Team Meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes.
- Create and publish metrics as needed.
- Enterprise Foundations special projects support.
- Information Management
- Serve as the departmental TeamSite and SharePoint Administrator and enforce information management strategy.
- Partner with Platform Governance to ensure organizational alignment on business readiness/training documents including solution job aids, desktop procedures, etc.
- Create and maintain Access Control Lists (ACL) and Group Administration Groups (GAG).
- Business Continuity Support
- Assist with maintaining the status of business continuity planning activities including plan maintenance and tabletop exercises using the Southern Continuity System.
