Business Analyst - UAE National

As we look to grow our local BA & Product Management Capability, this is a unique opportunity to gain experience in an international environment, working across varied industry domains delivering cutting-edge technology solutions such as Digital, Cloud, Data (AI/ML), eCommerce, Mobile etc. As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice, your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, our highly skilled and experienced engineering teams & domain experts to gather requirements, assess needs, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement solutions that address business needs
• Support the development of functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements and new functionalities
• Maintain and update documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user guides
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support for issue resolution during testing phases
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management, detailing analysis findings and recommendations
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators and report on project status to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance business analysis techniques

Requirements

• UAE National with family book
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project (preferable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis software is desirable
