Video Security & Access Control (VS&AC) IT Team is looking for an IT Business Analyst to manage a roadmap and execute IT priorities for our Envysion brand. In this role, you will partner with leaders across business functions to enhance & optimize Envysion’s IT capabilities related to Lead to Cash, subscription and customer support services. You will collaborate within IT and business stakeholders to align on what can be delivered, how and by when. You will rally with your peers around operational efficiency and customer value. You will regularly assess our ability to fulfill commitments, find opportunities and address risks. You must be prepared to manage continuously evolving priorities to make sure the team delivers high value, in line with mutually agreed parameters.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Ensure stakeholders and business partners generate experiences that delight customers and partners as Envysion’s IT capabilities related to lead to cash, subscription & customer support services are built, enhanced and transformed.
Maintain alignment with several stakeholders including customer service management, product development, business operations, and business clients.
Maintain up-to-date user guides and Process Documentation & create to-be process flows for new initiatives. Address how-to queries
Identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
Analyze business requirements to develop, manage and prioritize User stories to deliver appropriate IT capabilities.
Create business cases to help establish budget and project plans for new initiatives.
Effectively manage IT Capabilities delivery & Priorities roadmap and business escalations
Drive adoption of IT capabilities, and champion organizational change management.
Work closely with business stakeholders to communicate findings and help implement changes.
Monitor and control project quality, fulfillment of commitments, timelines and milestones, budget, risk, performance and opportunities for continuous improvement
Preferred Experience and Skills:
5- 8 years of IT Business applications or similar related experience
Prior experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst or Delivery Lead, or a similar experience for IT Business System(s) within medium to large sized organizations
Proven ability to maintain high quality documentation, present technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences
Excellent communications and listening skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization based on trust, transparency, and by delivering on commitments.
Proven problem solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues in an environment of rapid change positively and professionally; ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance and effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Fundamental understanding of organizational change management
Passion for world class customer experiences
Knowledge and experience working with CRM, CPQ, ERP, Subscription Management, Customer Support and other lead to cash systems is an added plus
3+ years of working with cross functional teams
Experience as a scrum master or project manager is an added plus

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience
Master's Degree with 3+ years of professional experience
