Your Role and Responsibilities
Your role: As Business Analyst in IBM you will act as the middle ground between the technical team and the business team to understand the organization and communicate back across to the various elements within that organization and any accompanying projects ongoing to deliver a change.

As an agile business analyst practitioner you will use learning derived from stakeholder feedback in order to guide the delivery process and deliver value constantly. Using agile business analysis principles you will play a central role in learning and identifying what is truly valuable what does not add value and facilitate the learning and communication needed to continually deliver the right value.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering and refinement
• Functional solution design together with Mendix Lead Developer
• Management of the product backlog
• Communication with business counterparts
• Creation of test cases
• Test execution and Q&A plus manual testing
• Hand-over of tickets for implementation to the dev-team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Business Analysis capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Worked in an agile project before
• Is willing to support the entire requirements lifecycle from requirements gathering refinement implementation up to testing & go-live
• Strong technical understanding
• Is willing to support QA & testing procedure and has experience in it
• Language: French

• Jira Confluence & Jira Xray knowledge – worked with low/no-code implementations before
