• Projects Management: Spearhead special digital projects using data-driven insights to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Utilize tools like Alteryx for advanced data analysis and interpretation. Provide decision support to digital functions, aiding in strategic decision-making.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of our GTM strategy. Assist in annual planning, providing accurate information and insights.
• Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with key leadership in driving the growth of exciting top priorities for the company.
• Team Organization: Oversee internal Microsoft Teams channels, ensuring timely updates and managing access. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Administrative or Business area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0ver 1 year of relevant experience in digital strategy, data analysis, or consulting.
• Language: Strong understanding of English, as most communications are conducted in English.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools like Alteryx, Teams/Outlook, and experience with Microsoft Office products. Comfortable manipulating data for reports and tracking.
• Consulting Skills: Strong organizational skills, knowledge of budgeting, administrative tasks, and process documentation.

Good to Have:

• Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with digital methodologies.
• Tools: Advanced experience with Tableau, Altered, Python, Excel
