Transervice offers free health care paid at 100% by Transervice We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Support Specialist to provide analytical, data mining, administrative, and project support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Excel and data analysis skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports. • Extract and analyze data from multiple systems (TMT, GPS/telematics, ELD platforms) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with operations and management teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. • Clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors. • Support project management tasks and assist in tracking progress against operational goals.To be considered, please send resume [email protected] Our Excellent Benefits Business Analyst/Support Specialist Include: • Excellent health benefits (Transervice offers free health care paid at 100% by Transervice) • Retirement including match - Vested immediately! • Disability and Life Insurance • PTOTranservice is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace Pay Range: 70000.00-75000.00 per_year, General Benefits: BenefitsMinimum Qualifications Business Analyst/Support Specialist: • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, IF/OR/AND functions, pivot tables, large datasets). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and fleet tracking/telematics platforms. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Education Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, or a related field preferred. • High school diploma required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience. • Additional Skills and Qualities: • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and locations. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. • Familiarity with industries such as logistics, trucking, transportation, or mechanical services is a plus.
