The Provider Experience, Insights and Digital Solutions team supports the enterprise, across lines of business to meet the needs of the provider stakeholder including medical, dental, behavioral and pharmacy, and businesses such as Evernorth, eviCore, Medicare Advantage and ExpressScripts. Our team of designers, strategists, researchers and analysts provide our business partners with actionable insights in support of accelerating Cigna's competitive advantage through thoughtful improvements and differentiation in the provider's experience. The Business Analytics Advisor shares insights by developing visualizations leveraging provider sentiment data and operational data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Collect data from multiple sources (including Adobe Analytics, Verint survey and operational data) and manage a reporting environment to understand how provider organizations engage with Cigna service channels and digital tools.• Analyze data sets in order to turn insights into action and identify potential opportunities • Mine insights from user feedback and combine with usage to identify trends, patterns, and relationships• Create highly effective, visualizations that tell complex stories in formats that can be easily conveyed to leadership and internal stakeholders• Perform retrospective and exploratory analysis to uncover opportunities • Connect data sources with visualization tools and develop multi-level dashboards• Extract data from warehouse / big data environment, work with large and complex data sets• Summarize and communicate complex findings simply and concisely so that it can be easily consumed.• Make recommendations to leaders based on insights.• Develop methods for improving internal techniques and processes• Work collaboratively and partner with departments across the organization to ensure business objectives are met• Leverage operational data including Adobe Analytics data in dashboards• Partner with PDS and IT to expand Adobe Analytics data points • Query and deliver provider contact data to PXID partners and vendors • Stay abreast of all the latest technology that could enhance the ability to perform analytics as well as technology to enable the execution of analytically driven opportunities to drive digital engagement.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, digital analytics and operations analytics within the health care, financial services or telecom industries• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Health Information Management, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent experience• Proven track record of harnessing data to drive meaningful insights with improvement recommendations • Ability to communicate technical findings to nontechnical audiences• Outstanding problem solving and root cause analysis skills• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast paced environment• Excellent collaboration with ability to build networks across the enterprise • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive• Experience working with health care providers (preferred)• Experience working in customer experience (preferred)• Experience working in an agile environment (preferred)

TECHNICAL SKILLS• Experience developing dashboards in Tableau• Experience aggregating data sources• Experience developing reporting in Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics• Experience with Verint reporting suite (Preferred)• Advanced user of Excel and/or Microsoft Access• Advanced user of R, Python and/or SQL• Experience in data models and reporting packages

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $90,500 - $150,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
