This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, leading high-impact analytical support for a major technology and operations transformation agenda. You will guide a team of analysts delivering insights that shape product direction, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide investment decisions. Acting as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, you will help define multi-year strategies and build compelling business cases for high-priority initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply data-driven, requiring strong business judgment and analytical rigor. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Business Analytics team, setting clear standards of excellence and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to define problems, develop analytical approaches, and build data-driven business cases.
- Drive strategic planning efforts including multi-year roadmaps, investment prioritization, and funding justification for key initiatives.
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, modeling, and data interpretation to support enterprise decision-making.
- Create compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling decks that influence senior leadership decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of data strategy and architecture by acting as a key stakeholder for data capabilities and needs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, product improvement, and operational efficiency through analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, consulting, or similar roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of people leadership experience managing analytical teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data environments.
- Proven ability to build financial and analytical models that support strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in consulting or structured business analysis environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations under ambiguity.
- Annual salary range: $157,700 – $262,800 USD, based on experience and location.
