The Opportunity

Qurate Retail Group is looking for an accomplished Lead Analyst for our Upsell/Cross Selling team; responsible for insight generation to optimize and support the ongoing transformation and accelerated planned growth in incremental sales. You will analyze Phone, IVR, and Digital capabilities. You will be part of an innovative, data-driven culture that is changing the way data and technology are used to shape a new customer experience that sets us apart from other retailers. You will report to the Director, Upsell & Cross-Sell, and will work remotely with occasional travel.

Your Impact

• Lead projects to identify, model, and evaluate opportunities to drive progress and track performance.
• Use customer-based information from internal and external data sources to identify trends important to the business.
• You will develop and streamline necessary reporting, dashboards, and one-off analyses, providing the ability to monitor the health of programs.
• Integrate knowledge of Consumer Insights analytical tools to provide accurate data retrieval in response to interdepartmental requests.
• Prepare and present quantitative analyses to influence peers and C-level leadership.
• Develop test plans and tools to measure performance, test hypotheses, develop insights, and make recommendations that drive the highest incremental gains.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative or Operations field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics working with Operations data
• Advanced capabilities in extracting and manipulating large data sets using SQL or similar.
