Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for independent collaboration with stakeholders to document requirements and lead development efforts of both custom and standard reporting activities in support of external clients, client management, finance, and other eviCore stakeholders' requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication with stakeholders to understand the non-technical business requirements and then be able to translate those requirements into actionable reporting through the use of business intelligence tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.
  • Provide key insight into the creation of client facing output templates that will be used in production reporting through use of subscriptions.
  • Assist in client trainings and attend implementation meetings as required to meet the business needs of the department.
  • Act as advisor and mentor to other analysts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, quantitative psychology, computer science, data science, or related scientific/technical field or equivalent level of experience in a data analytics field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in reporting
  • Excellent understanding of T-SQL programing language
  • Basic understanding of eviCore's business, customer base, programs, and value proposition
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Azure Databricks is a plus.
  • Competency in the use of Business Intelligence software with tools such as Microstrategy, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Previous experience developing in Microstrategy environment is a plus.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,800 - 121,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
