Business Analytics Lead Analyst- Evernorth- Work from Home

The Evernorth Service Operations Business Intelligence & Analytics (SOBI) organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help reduce health costs, improve outcomes, provide financial security and measure and forecast business performance.

The Business Analytics Lead Analyst within SOBI position is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and integration of reporting & analytics solutions for the new MDLive group's transition to Evernorth Service Operations. Working in SOBI, the analyst collaborates with Call Operations, Strategic Workforce Management, & SOBI partners to determine needs, facilitate requirements, design data layers, and design and develop ad hoc and canned reports related to supporting the integration of MDLive functions into Evernorth Service Operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Eliciting business requirements and specifications from WFM and other partners.
• Collecting and organizing information from a variety of data sources.
• Writing queries against underlying Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Designing, developing, and deploying executive dashboards, operational scorecards, ad hoc and canned reports based on requirements and using Business Intelligence tools and solutions.
• Integrating data related to the MDLive operation into existing Evernorth Service Operations reporting and data/reporting constructs.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with SQL is required.
• Experience with Tableau (Intermediate to Advanced) or other analytics software packages (i.e., SAS, Cognos, Qlikview, Looker) is required. Certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred. However, in lieu of a degree, relevant work experience is acceptable.
• 3-5 years' experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools/languages required.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Python, Informatica, etc. is recommended.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
• Ability to communicate the results of the analysis to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Domain expertise in contact center operational/analytical data is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills is also a plus.
• Programming language experience (i.e., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,400 - $117,400, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
