Business Analytics Senior Manager - Express Scripts - Remote

The Business Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for strengthening analytics capabilities to deliver value and establish trust and reliability with business partners. The ideal candidate will guide development of advanced solutions that will drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. They will lead and develop a group of analysts supporting various teams across the PBM Operations including Client Benefit Services, Coverage Review, Eligibility, and Consumer Driven Health. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for a successful implementation of Centene on 1/1/24 from a data analytics and reporting perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support data analytic and reporting functions across the PBM Operations department.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives that deliver enhanced value through insightful analytics.
• Improve operational performance visibility to help deliver clients commitments.
• Challenge the status quo to achieve greater efficiencies and improve current processes.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues in other departments and facilitate collaborative efforts, analyses, and sharing of data for projects.
• Communicate and engage with key stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely fashion.
• Develop and communicate concise and organized executive level reporting to the upper leadership.
• Responsible for day to day management of the team including hiring, performance, development, and compliance with company training.
• Provide analytical guidance, direction, and training to team members.
• Support development of policies and procedures to ensure adequate controls are in place.
• Use effective time management to prioritize workload and meet previously agreed upon deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience using data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, SSIS, and/or Python)
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strategic thinker with both sound and broad business acumen.
• Ability to reduce complexities and drive process optimization.
• Proven leadership ability to engage and motivate in a high performance culture.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and agility in adapting to change.
• Strong organizational and time management skills of self and team.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation.
• Effective communication skills to form key partnerships with business stakeholders.
• PBM knowledge and background is a plus.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,800 - 196,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
