Business Applications Administrator
Job Description
Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Business Applications Administrator is to contribute and support the current suite of web-based cloud applications and the adoption of new tools in the environment. This role assists in all aspects of Software as Service tool management, including configuring, implementing, and supporting all consumers of those applications.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Echo's Software as a Service environments
• Investigate and implement new SaaS offerings as defined in the Business Application Roadmap
• Providing technical escalation from ServiceDesk or other internal support teams
• Be a member on several projects with moving pieces, tight business deadlines, and multiple teams
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of supported applications to recommend and implement improvement opportunities
• Train other team members on best practices and uses for our current SaaS tools

Required Skills:

• Strong fundamental knowledge around cloud applications and services
• Time management skills to excel in an environment with multiple ongoing projects
• Skilled at working within ServiceNow for incident, change, and request fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Identity, and collaboration tools
• Working knowledge of SAML, SSO solutions, and Identity Management
• Able to learn and adopt new SaaS solutions to meet business objectives
• Strong collaborative skills to work on projects in cross functional teams
• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3+ years of relevant working experience

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft 365 Certifications
• Exceptional customer-facing skills
