The Commercial Operation Sales Automation Analyst will leverage their technical and Analytical skills to support Commercial Operations projects and follow Dentsply Sirona standards and best practices.

The Analyst will be part of Data Integrity and Analytics Automation team and will collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver data with integrity and focus on automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy and support Alteryx workflows with data input from multiple sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the sales applications, with the key focus of providing ongoing technical support to end users
  • Maintain and enhance automation to effectively monitor and manage sales data.
  • Work closely with leadership and reporting team to ensure accurate accounting of sales performance and compensation
  • Ability to integrate various data streams into a unified view and provide detailed assessments with recommendations for subsequent action
  • Understanding of database architecture, organization, and storage both on-prem and cloud-based.
  • Define effective testing protocols through the development process.
  • Incorporate both written and code-based documentation of new processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant job experience required

Certifications/Licensing:

  • Alteryx Designer certification

Years and Type of Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in developing and supporting system automation using Alteryx is required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Sales/Data analysis experience.

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • Expertise with Alteryx and MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to translate manual data processes into automated workflow design
  • Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer and the tools with Alteryx such as Parsing, Transforms, and Workflow Scheduling.
  • Diligent attention to detail is essential due to the nature of the work
  • Solid team player with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated continual learner who is willing to raise their technological and business acumen to have a more profound impact on the enterprise

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
